Step 2: Fill it in completely.

Step 3: Send a nonrefundable application fee of $25.00,
               and all supporting documents to the Office of Admissions
               by the relevant application deadline. 

Supporting documents include:

Degree Students:
For First Year Students:

1. An official secondary school diploma and transcript or GED certificate.
2. Results of the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), if taken.
3. An official college transcript, if credits have been earned while in high school.
4. Two (2) passport pictures

For Transfer Students:

1. An official transcript from each college attended.  The transcript must be sent
    directly from the college to the Office of Admissions at USM.
2. Two (2) passport pictures.

Non-Degree Students:
Please consult with the Admissions Office.

Application Deadlines:

For Fall:  July 15

For Spring:  November 15

For Summer:  April 15
